Best Buy offers free cell phones Posted: 29 Sep 2010 11:21 AM PDT It's hard to believe, but Best Buy says it's offering free phones every Friday through October as part of its "Free Phone Fridays" event. A phone from Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon will be revealed each week and Best Buy promises that at least one will be a high end, in demand phone. This week's free phones Samsung Fascinate (Verizon) BlackBerry Curve (Sprint) HTC Aria (AT&T) Samsung Gravity 3 (T-Mobile) The phones will be announced on Thursday before the Friday special at 1 p.m. Central Time in the store, online, and on Best Buy's Facebook and Twitter pages.
